VENUS:The Sister Planet of Earth

INTRODUCTION:

Venus The second planet of the solar system and the neighbouring planet of our Earth. It looks like earth and it is also known as sister planet of Earth. The radius of Venus is 6,052KM and smaller than Earth by only 638.4KM. The mass of Venus is 4.867 × 10^24 KG which is only 1.111× 10^24 KG less than that of Earth. The orbital period of Venus is 225 days and it is 108.2 million KM from the sun.

How Venus become the hottest planet in the solar system?

The mercury is the nearest planet from the Sun of our solar system. The side face with the sun is hot whereas the other side is very cold in mercury. But How the Venus become the hottest planet in our solar system? That’s the main question.
The mass and density, as well as the acceleration due to gravity of Venus, are quite similar to earth. Due to which Venus has its own atmosphere. Either Venus is the second planet in the solar system due to the greenhouse effect the Venus become the hottest planet in the solar system. The atmosphere of Venus is covered by thick lars of carbon dioxide (CO2) and clouds of sulfuric acid(H2SO4) and sulfur dioxide (SO2) due to which greenhouse effect is increased day by day. When the temperature increases and the water may be vaporized and due to high pressure and temperature the Hydrogen(H2) and Oxygen(O2) are separated from H2O. The separated Oxygen(O2) is reacted with Carbon(C) to form the Carbon dioxide (CO2) cloud. Due to which the Greenhouse effect is increased as well as the surface temperature.
The other planet like Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune are bigger than Venus but they are very far from the sun. Due to which the sunlight and heat are not reachable to those planets. It is possible that Earth may become the hottest planet and life may be destroyed. The surface temperature of Earth is increasing due to the greenhouse effect it may possible Earth become the second hottest planet in our solar system.

Life in Venus:

It may possible that before the life begins on Earth the Venus may exist life. Because the Venus is very similar to earth. Due to having own atmosphere, it may consist of the life but now Where is the life? That’s a question.
According to scientist due to the increase in temperature, the life on Venus is finished. It is plausible that microbial life originated on Venus if liquid water existed on its surface prior to the heating of the planet by the runaway greenhouse effect, but no longer exists. Assuming the process that delivered water to Earth was common to all the planets near the habitable zone, it has been estimated that liquid water could have existed on its surface for up to 600 million years during and shortly after the Late Heavy Bombardment, which could be enough time for simple life to form, but this figure can vary from as little as a few million years to as much as few billion.
